This website is operated by Lucid Brokers LLC, an independent insurance brokerage ("we", "us").

What this website collects

• No forms. This website has no forms and does not ask you to type in any personal information.
• No trackers. This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers or other tracking tags, and does not set cookies.
• Hosting. Our hosting provider, Vercel (and Netlify, our previous host, while we finish moving), may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and protect the website.

Quotes and applications

Term life quotes and applications are completed on the website of BackNine, our quoting and application platform: app.back9ins.com/apply/lucidlifeinsurance (opens BackNine's site in a new tab). Information you enter there, such as your date of birth, health answers and contact details, is collected by BackNine on its own site under its own terms and privacy policy, not by this website. Insurance carriers that receive your application handle your information under their own privacy notices.

When you call or email us

If you contact us by phone or email, we use what you tell us to respond and to help with your insurance request. A licensed agent may contact you about your request.

We do not sell your information. If you ask us to help you apply for coverage, we share the details needed for that application with the insurance company you choose and with the platform or agency partner we use to submit it. We keep emails, voicemails and call logs in our business email and phone records only as long as we need them to handle your request and to meet insurance record-keeping rules.
